The following sizes can also be delivered on request:
- 2440 x 1220 mm - all standard thicknesses;
- lightweight chipboard - 3050 x 1220 mm with a thickness of 41, 51, 61 mm
Veneered chipboards are manufactured in accordance with European Union standards EN312-4 and are class E1 for low formaldehyde content.
The average density of chipboard is about 650 kg / m3.
Density: EN 323; 620 - 750 kg / m3
Bending power: EN 310; 12 - 16 N / mm2
Tension force: EN 319; 0.3 - 0.8 N / mm2
Degree of elasticity: EN 310; 2000-2950 N / mm2
Moisture content: EN 322; 6 - 10%
Formaldehyde content: EN 120; <8 mg / 100g
Permissible deviation of the thickness: ± 0,4 mm
The quality of the veneer on the face of the boards may be "A" or "AB".
The veneer on the opposite side of the boards is of the same type as the face, but its quality can be "AB", "BC" or on request - some other veneer.
Upon request, veneered chipboards with a horizontal splicing can also be delivered.
When ordering veneered chipboards there is no minimum quantity limit.
